In the process of charging and discharging, due to electrolysis and evaporation, the water in the electrolyte will gradually decrease, so that the electrolyte surface drops. If it is not added in time, it may shorten the service life of the forklift battery. The water to be added to the battery of the electric forklift should be distilled water, and it is not allowed to cheaply choose to drink pure water instead of distilled water. After all, pure water contains many trace elements, which will cause adverse effects on the forklift battery.
Special note: Sometimes the forklift can not start, many people think that it is caused by the electric storage truck with insufficient storage, and often add electrolyte to the battery. The result is counterproductive and greatly shortens the battery life. The battery of the electric forklift is running normally, only water can be added, and electrolyte must not be added! If the battery of the electric forklift is dumped, the electrolyte will flow out and cause loss. Replenish the electrolyte of the electric forklift according to the original electrolyte density.
